Personal Training

I start measuring your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. We then discuss about your goals and I design, follow and help you execute an exercise program monitoring your improvements in physical fitness. It also includes education in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.


Nutrition is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It includes food intake, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion. We are what we eat!


Sports Injury Rehabilitation helps athletes effectively treat pain and return to normal function. We emphasize the importance of early injury recognition and treatment. In conjunction with receiving a course of treatment, specific strengthening and flexibility exercises will be implemented. Progressive exercises are included in rehabilitation programs to ensure the injury site returns to a fully functional state.

Supplement Consultation

I will teach the safe and effective use of nutritional supplementsĀ to people who want to augment a healthy lifestyle, create more energy, build more muscle with bodybuilding supplements, build strength and endurance, decrease stress, maximize natural biological processes and more.

Sport Specific Training for Youth

Decrease injuries, increase your level of competitive play, and give your young athlete more opportunities for success. I can develop, follow and monitor an exercise program for young athletes to improve their overall perfomance and results.

Back Injuries

We provide a comprehensive stretching program that has been proven to help with lower back pain caused by bulging and herniated disks. It is out experience that it helps speeding the healing process.

I never thought the day would come where I'd not only meet my coach but someone I'm proud to call my big brother. Through competition prep, Marcus has shown me how to have fun and be confident while tearing it up on the stage. Not only has Marcus helped me in competition prep but has also mentally helped me with preparing for the police academy which I owe him for diet advice. I met Marcus through a friend in 2014, as I had been looking for a little extra motivation for my work out routine. Getting a glimpse of their track work outs, I knew I had to give it a try! At the time, I was determined to not compete again, but it was almost inevitable with such an awesome coach and group of girls. After about 2 months of training with Marcus, we started my prep towards another figure competition. This approach was much different from my previous competing experiences. He was much more strict, but it was worth it.
It was nice to have these agility and posing sessions with a large group, but also the ability to have one on one sessions to help dial in the best package possible. He was always quick to respond with any questions/concerns I had and to put my mind at ease during those moments of doubt. It was all worth it when I won my class at the 2014 AZ Open, but even more so when I realized what my body and mind were capable of, thanks to Marcus Haley. I'd highly recommend him.

About a year go I had a herniated disk in my lower back. I talked to a Mayo Clinic back surgeon that recommended that I change my lifestyle where I don't put a lot of strain on my back. He also mentioned that stretching gets very positive results for my type of injury. One of my friends told me that Marcus was training their son and that he was very good. I contacted Marcus and he came to my office immediately, he is very punctual. We started a stretching program customized for the back, after a few months I was in good enough shape to do core training to improve the muscles that support the spine. For the last six months I have been doing a full workout, stretching, cardio, boxing and strength building. I have been pain free for a year now and I am feeling great overall.
